Jon Bell was appointed to serve as Shiloh Outreach Church's Senior Pastor 2011. Prior to that, he served as Senior Pastor of First UMC of Tullahoma in Tullahoma, TN.

He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Shiloh In Wheel where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Jon Bell takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.

He graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1980 with a degree in Masters in Divinity.

Jon Bell has been happily married for 50years to his wife, Jeanne. They have 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
